I reached out to them in the evening, they were here the next morning. They trimmed down a deadbolt tailpiece, figured out problems with the existing lock and installed my new lock. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

They were able to replace the cylinder in a very old lock on my apartment door - they said it was a discontinued part but they happened to have one in their shop. It wasn’t cheap but it was cheaper than replacing the whole mechanism. Quick turnaround time.
